"Liquid Gold" Salad Dressing

"Liquid Gold" Salad Dressing

5 tbls orange muscat champagne vinegar (found at Trader Joe's)
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
1 tbls fig jam (or fig butter)
1 clove garlic (about 1 tsp)
1/2 tsp dijon mustard

method: place all ingredients in jar or bottle and shake vigorously to combine!

pro tip: double this recipe. can be used on salads, as a marinade, poured over veggies as a dressing, etc.
