Strawberry Shortcake Treat Bars

4 tbls butter
10 oz bag mini marshmallows
13.5 oz box Vanilla Chex Cereal
1 - 1.5 oz freeze dried strawberries (also super delicious with freeze dried raspberries or blueberries)
method: melt butter and marshmallows in large nonstick pot over low heat until smooth. turn off the heat, and gently combine cereal and berries with marshmallow mixture until coated. Press gently into a buttered 9x13 inch pan. Allow to set at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. cut into squares when set. Keeps at room temp for up to a week. (It won't last that long.)
