Thank You, Udi's!

thank you, Udi's! i cant wait to try the pizza crust, especially!
on another note, i made cookies that looked pretty and tasted spicy and sweet. the texture was wrong though, so no recipe. really wrong. they were simple pumpkin cookies, with lots of spicy ginger and cinnamon.
my husband liked them, but he has no issues with texture ever. weirdo.
also, i made mama pea's (peasandthankyou.com) thai crunch salad with her almond ginger dressing. i made a few changes (like eating chicken with it, mama pea is vegan. we are not.)
but the recipe is copyrighted. so i cant share that either.
it was really good though! so go check out the cookbook!
